Why should we have time for Quran in our daily life?

As human beings, we often experience a wide range of negative emotions that can have a profound impact on our daily lives. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, anger, jealousy, or hate, these overwhelming feelings can make us lose sight of our purpose and leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others.

But there is a way to regain our balance and inner peace – by making a special effort to read the holy Quran daily. In fact, Allah reminds us in the Quran that it is a source of healing for our souls and guidance for believers: “O mankind, there has come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the chest and guidance and mercy for the believers.” (10:57)

By reading the Quran, we are reminded of the fundamental truths of our existence. We are not eternal, and we have another life that we need to prepare for. The Quran teaches us to polish ourselves continually and to stand by others who are in need. It provides us with guidance on how to lead a happy life full of love, service, and mercy towards people, animals, the environment, and ourselves. It illuminates our hearts and minds and helps us see the world with clarity.

Incorporating the habit of reading the Quran into our daily routine can provide the balance we need to face the challenges of each day. It serves as a reminder of our purpose in life and helps us stay focused on our goals. Reading the Quran regularly helps us cleanse our souls from the negative energy we absorb and allows us to live a more fulfilling life.

In today’s fast-paced and often chaotic world, it’s more important than ever to take the time to connect with ourselves and our faith. The Quran is a powerful tool that can help us achieve this. By consciously reading it regularly, we can find the balance and inner peace we need to thrive in all aspects of our lives.
